AFA Awards Grants to Help Fund Respite Care Programs for Families Affected by Alzheimer’s

Memory Matters 1 of 15 Grant Recipients

AFA awarded a total of $75,000 in grant funding to 15 of its member organizations to help fund respite care programs and services for families affected by Alzheimer’s disease. Funding was provided through AFA’s Milton and Phyllis Berg Respite Care Grant Program.

·    Keystone Adult Day Program (Oak Ridge, TN)

·    Memory Matters (Hilton Head Island, SC)

·    Payson Senior Center (Payson, AZ)

·    Respite Care Charleston (Charleston, SC)

·    Senior Citizens Council Rome New York, Inc. (Rome, NY)

·    The ARK of SC (Summerville, SC)

·    Valley Adult Day Services (Porterville, CA)

·    Visiting Homemaker Service of Passaic County (Totowa, NJ)
