Caregiver Self-Care with Erica Ford
Erica Ford is an experienced professional in the field of health and life coaching/counseling. Erica graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Next, she obtained her M.A. in Counseling from Liberty University with a minor in health and life coaching.
She also attended Duke Integrative Medicine where she studied chronic and acute disease management health coaching. She is a certified health coach through Duke Integrative Medicine and a Certified Wellness Practitioner through the National Wellness Institute. Erica is a Certified Alzheimer's and Dementia Care instructor for the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Her passion for Alzheimer’s and Dementia care comes from her love for her grandfather, who battled Dementia. Erica loves to provide an interactive, hands-on curriculum and education for healthcare staff members, caregivers, family members, and patients.
Erica is the founder and owner of 320 Wellness LLC, a wellness corporation where she provides counseling services, health coaching, sports psychology, leadership development, and corporate wellness consulting.
